This project grew out of the Team Learning for Better Scientific Software Workshop (TL4BSSw), which I organized at the University of Central Florida in November 2024. Workshop participants developed proposals for enhancing team learning in scientific software projects, targeting areas such as multi-team systems, artificial intelligence, and broadening participation. Building on that momentum, our group has continued the collaboration through the development of online resources, a minisymposium at SIAM CSE25, and a forthcoming manuscript. I lead this group of 11 collaborators from universities and national laboratories across the United States.
